How to Export Binance Transaction History 2025 - Tax-Wizard

This guide is for Binance users who need to calculate and declare taxes on their cryptocurrency activity. Tax-Wizard only supports CSV-based imports. We do not use the Binance API.

Files you need

• - Transaction Record (required)
• - Liquid Swap history (only if you provided liquidity in Liquid Swap)
• - Dual Investments history (only if you used Dual Investments)

You do not need to export Spot trade history or Earn history: spot trades are already included in the Transaction Record, so importing them separately would create duplicates.

How to export the Transaction Record (CSV)

• 1. Log in to binance.com.
• 2. On the Dashboard, hover over the user icon in the top-right and click Orders.
• 3. On the left sidebar, under Account, select Assets History (you can also reach it via binance.com/en/my/wallet/history/overview).
• 4. Hover over the small export icon in the top right corner (document with a down-facing arrow) and select Export Transaction Records.
• 5. Under Time, select Customize and enter your date range (maximum 12 months per report).
• 6. Under Account, keep All selected.
• 7. Under Coin, keep All selected.
• 8. Click Generate. The report may take a few minutes to be ready.
• 9. Repeat until you have exported your entire transaction history for all past years.

Liquid Swap history (optional)

Only needed if you provided liquidity in Binance Liquid Swap. Binance has restricted direct downloads of this history (especially for European users); you'll likely have to contact Binance Support and persist to get it.

Dual Investments history (optional)

• 1. Hover over the wallet icon in the top-right and click Overview.
• 2. In the left sidebar, expand Orders and click Earn History.
• 3. Switch to the Dual Investment tab.
• 4. Click the export button (small arrow to the right).
• 5. Choose your date range and click Generate.

Limitations and common issues

• - Missing Earn rewards/penalties: some rewards or penalties from Binance Earn may not appear in the CSV. If you spot any, you can add them manually based on the historical data.
• - Collateral liquidations: Binance doesn't always report the details (assets sold to repay loans). They can be missing from both the CSV and the liquidations page.
• - Liquid Swap restricted: Binance limits Liquidity history downloads in many European countries. Persistence with Binance Support is usually required.
• - Trading bots: as of 2025-12-11, bot trades are included in the Transaction Record CSV.
• - Spot trade history: do not import it separately. Spot orders are already inside the Transaction Record, and importing them again would duplicate rows.

Following these steps ensures you have the right files to upload to Tax-Wizard and have your tax report ready in minutes.
