How to Export KuCoin Transaction History 2025 - Tax-Wizard

This guide is designed for KuCoin users who need to calculate and declare taxes on their cryptocurrency activity. The information provided here complements - but does not replace - the tax regulations specific to your country of residence.

The most common taxable events include selling crypto, swapping one cryptocurrency for another, and receiving rewards (staking, airdrops, referrals). KuCoin lets you export your full transaction history as a CSV, which you can then import directly into Tax-Wizard.

How to export your KuCoin transaction history

• 1. Log in to your KuCoin account.
• 2. In the top right-hand corner, select Orders.
• 3. From the drop-down menu, select Spot Trade History.
• 4. Click Export History in the top right-hand corner. This opens a panel on the right.
• 5. Under the Market drop-down, tick all the available checkboxes.
• 6. Under the date range drop-down, choose 1 year. Each report covers a maximum of one year, so you may need to download several reports to cover your full history.
• 7. Make sure the timezone is set to UTC-0 Europe/Greenwich (this is the default).
• 8. If you have used sub-accounts, tick the Includes Sub-Accounts checkbox.
• 9. Select .csv as the file type.
• 10. Click Confirm.
• 11. Import all the generated files into Tax-Wizard. Any files that aren't needed will be ignored automatically.

Sub-accounts

If you use sub-accounts on KuCoin, you'll need to export the CSV files for each sub-account as well, and import them alongside the files from your main account into Tax-Wizard.

Limitations

• - If you traded on KuCoin before 2019 and need that transaction history, you'll have to request it from the KuCoin support team.
