How to Export Crypto.com App & Exchange History 2025 - Tax-Wizard

This guide is for Crypto.com users who need to calculate and declare taxes on their cryptocurrency activity. It covers both products separately: the Crypto.com App (mobile app) and the Crypto.com Exchange (CEX). Tax-Wizard only supports CSV-based imports.

Crypto.com App (mobile)

For the mobile app you only need one file: the Crypto transactions file.

How to export the Crypto transactions file

• 1. Open your Crypto.com app.
• 2. Select Accounts at the bottom of the screen.
• 3. Tap the clock icon (transaction history) in the top right corner.
• 4. Tap the export icon in the top right corner.
• 5. Select Crypto Wallet.
• 6. Pick a start and end date (maximum of 3 years per export). Tax-Wizard needs your entire history, so you may need to export multiple CSV files.
• 7. Select Export to CSV.
• 8. Tap Download once your file is generated.

Known limitations (App)

• - NFTs: not included in Crypto.com's files. You'll need to add them manually using NFTx placeholders.
• - Crypto basket: basket transactions are also not exported and must be added manually.
• - Inaccurate fiat balance: fiat/card files are no longer supported, so your fiat balance (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.) may be wrong. This does not affect the accuracy of your crypto gains calculations (fiat is neutral).

Crypto.com Exchange (CEX)

For the Exchange you have two options, depending on the period you need to cover:

• - Transactions file (preferred option for recent periods).
• - Or Deposits & Withdrawals file + Trade History file (needed for older years, when the Transactions file wasn't available).

Important: do not import the Transactions file and the Deposits/Withdrawals + Trade History files for the same period, otherwise your trades will be double-counted.

Transactions CSV file

• 1. Go to crypto.com/exchange and log in.
• 2. Change the language to English in your Settings.
• 3. Go to the Dashboard.
• 4. Click Orders on the left sidebar.
• 5. Select the Transactions tab.
• 6. Pick a date range (maximum 180 days per export). You'll need to cover your entire history, so you'll likely need to export multiple files.
• 7. Click Export.
• 8. In the popup, click Export to CSV.
• 9. Wait for the export to generate, then download once ready.

Deposits & Withdrawals CSV file

• 1. Go to crypto.com/exchange and log in.
• 2. Change the language to English in your Settings.
• 3. Go to the Dashboard.
• 4. Click Wallet on the left sidebar.
• 5. Select the Deposit & Withdrawal tab.
• 6. Pick a date range (maximum 180 days per export). Repeat until you have covered your entire history.
• 7. Click Export.
• 8. The download should start automatically.

Trade History CSV file

• 1. Go to crypto.com/exchange and log in.
• 2. Change the language to English in your Settings.
• 3. Go to the Dashboard.
• 4. Click Orders on the left sidebar.
• 5. Switch to the Trade History tab.
• 6. Pick a date range (maximum 180 days per export). Repeat until you have covered your entire history.
• 7. Click Export.
• 8. In the popup, click Export to CSV.
• 9. Wait for the export to generate, then download once ready.
